You can permanently delete your PIONEER account and the personal data associated with it. This applies whether you signed up as an individual or were added by your gym / personal trainer.

Fastest: delete in the app

If you can sign in, the quickest way is in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account immediately.

If you can't access the app, submit the form below and we will verify and delete your account within 30 days. We may email you to confirm ownership of the account first.

What gets deleted

Your profile, login and contact details
Your workout, nutrition, weight, hydration and assessment logs
Your progress photos, journal notes and voice notes
Your community posts, comments, reactions and direct messages
Connected-app links (Strava / Google Fit / Garmin, where applicable)

We may retain a minimal record (e.g. an anonymised transaction reference) only where required by law or for fraud prevention. Nothing that identifies you is kept beyond that.
